The connecting shaft is hung with a pair of meshing gears. During operation, the sewing machine lubricating oil enters from the inlet of the oil pump and is discharged radially along the gear gap. Due to the excellent fit of the gears, there is no need for additional seals at all.

3. Air compression oil pump: The air compression oil pump is mainly composed of pump body, pressure cylinder, piston, air pressure controller, liquid reserve chamber and other components. Between the pressure cylinder and the piston, compressed air generates pressure in the middle to send the oil into the liquid reserve chamber. When the pneumatic cylinder is working, the oil in the liquid reserve chamber is squeezed and enters various parts of the sewing machine for lubrication.

The working principle of the sewing machine oil pump is to extract the lubricating oil exposed outside the machine through the components inside the pump body, and then discharge it to the parts of the machine that need lubrication to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
